The race is ON!

Training plan for the next two weeks:

10-15 miles 3 times a week
                        +
30-40 mile trip at the weekend


This is getting serious- Richmond Park...HERE WE COME!

Tip from the Charity:
Do it in company- its supposed to be for a good cause and not a race! Cycle with your friends if you can, enjoy the ride and experience it together.


Thank goodness we've got each other!
